Since commissions are immediately applied, irreversably allocated out to our paid-in-full and current members/sponsors, herafter refered to a "members", and because you will be granted immediate access to all the member downloads, and merchant provided training, obviously it would make it impossible to issue refunds... All products issued within the EZ20Pro program can be delivered electronically and will be available immediately up on joining as a member. Since there can be no verification of receipt of any item and since the access is immediate, NO REFUNDS CAN EVER BE ISSUED.

All dollar amounts mentioned here forth are to be interpreted as in United States Dollars. No other currency is to be implied, even though EZ20Pro is active in dozens of countries.

By joining this program and using this site, you agree and are bound to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not JOIN or use this site. Actual compensation structure and payout system

EZ20Pro is a simple direct sales program with residual income based on membership fees. The EZ20Pro program is designed that way so every member has the ability to quickly earn enough residual income to continue membership indefinitely while marketing the program as a whole at their own pace.

Every initial program sale can be broken into 3 parts: Initial membership fee ($20), monthly maintenance fee ($10), and processing fee (currently not applied!).

The $20 membership fee is a one-time only payment. You will never be asked to pay the $20 amount again. There is no annual renewal fees or any charges similar to an annual fee.

The processing fee is to help offset the costs associated with processing the initial payment which is done exclusively by EZ20Pro.

The payout:

The EZ20Now program has a very simple two-part compensation plan.

Direct Sales: EVERY direct sale you make results in a direct commission to you of $20. That is a 100% commission on the initial membership fee that your referrals pay! You can earn this $20 as many times as you want. There is NO LIMIT to the number of direct referrals since there is no structured compensation matrix. You simply refer as many people to the site as you can and make $20 commissions as many times as possible.

Residual Income: In addition to the direct sales you make, you will be building a team that is 5 (five) levels deep. Each of these members in your team, no matter how wide your team is, has to pay a $10 per month maintenance fee. You will earn $1.00 for each member who was active and paid their recurring $10 maintenance fee that previous month. Similarly, the next four members in your immediate upline will also earn $1.00 for each member who was active and paid their recurring $10 maintenance fee that previous month. And, as your team continues to grow, you too will be paid on members that are up to 5 levels deep in your team. This is why we encourage team members to talk to each other and to help each other, because so many members can benefit from a single sale.

Team Structure: There are NO LIMITS on the structure of your team other than, all commissionable downline members can be no more than 5 genealogical levels below you. You can make as many direct sales as you want without limitation. Your downline members can also make as many direct sales as they can without limitation. As long as all sales below you are within 5 generations of you, you can earn commissions on the active and current members. There is no forced matrix or any kind of 'team' balancing that needs to occur to qualify for residual income. Simply build your team as wide as you can and help those below you. Those are the simple keys to success.

The $10 maintenance fee must be paid every month to maintain membership in good-standing and to be eligible for commission payments. You will receive notification from EZ20Pro one week before your membership expires. In most circumstances, your monthly maintenance fee will be automatically paid by virtue of an AlertPay subscription. If you do not see this payment come out of your PayPal account, please sign in to your account and pay it as soon as possible to keep your membership in good standing so you will remain eligible for commissions. If your membership has lapsed during a payout date, you will not be eligible for any direct commissions or residual payments until your account is back in good standing. any claims to commissions earned (direct or residual) during any payment period will be forfeited if your account is not is good standing. You will be able to renew your membership and begin earning commissions again without losing your placement in the team, but any previous commissions lost cannot be recovered.

As of 9-01-09, all commissions will be paid out to our active and current members on or near the first of every calendar month. Payments may not occur on the first of every month if the first falls during a weekend, or on a legal US holiday. Other rare exceptions may occur, but payments should occur exactly on the first day of the month more often than not. "Active and current" is to imply that the member has paid all recently charged membership dues and is not in a pending state due to non-payment of membership dues to EZ20Pro.

EZ20Pro will not be held liable for any errors by the payment processors involved. EZ20Pro will investigate, provide proof of payment, and assist in recovering the funds when applicable, but EZ20Pro will accept no liablity for any unrecoverable funds after concerted effort by all parties involved.

That's it. It is really that basic. Please refer back to our "Payout" page to use our compensation calculator to see how much you could earn. I think you will be surprised at how quickly and reasonably your downline and commissions can build up.

Disclaimer:

All content offered to it's members also has full resale rights unless otherwise noted either in the title or in a text file in the download. All products perceived to have resale rights were purchased by EZ20Pro from many different sources under the instruction that we could also resell or gift the products to our members. If there are any items that fall under distinct copywrites and should not be resold by EZ20Pro, please let EZ20Pro know so that we can remove that product. We would never offer any item to our members that we didn't own the rights to do so.
